Lanarkshire and the Borders

Labour Hold

Labour MP Copelonian looks set to be returned to the Commons, though with a decreased majority. At the last general election, the SNP stood in this seat, although they have since merged into the Labour Party.

Cumbria and Lancashire North

Conservative Hold

First Minister of Scotland and former leader of the Classical Liberals, Duncs11, should be worried by the latest set of polls that has him with only a very narrow lead over the Labour Party and the Libertarians. The main winners in this seat are the LPUK, who are in with a strong chance with a 13-point swing towards them.

Nottinghamshire

Labour Hold

Despite a significant swing away from the party, incumbent MP Gren_Gnat seems to have little to worry about when fighting for re-election. While it is again the Libertarians who have surged in this seat, Labour still commands a solid majority, and a decent campaign should seal this seat for them.

West London

Conservative GAIN from DRF

Democratic Reformists leader ZanyDraco is in real trouble in his constituency. Even taking into account his endorsements in the last election, there is over a twenty-point swing away from his party.

East London

Labour Hold

Labour's Polteaghost is being rewarded by voters as the relatively new MP makes their mark in the House of Commons. A not insignificant ten-point swing will come as welcome news to them, though it is largely at the expense of the Democratic Reformists.

Kent

Conservative Hold

Confessions_GB_ also looks set to be re-elected, though not with a healthy majority. Labour and the LPUK could gain this seat with a strong candidate, assuming the Conservatives continue to drop in the polls.
